A fun activity (for the holidays?) is to go through all your Saves and group them. You can! If you click on the three lines at the top right via your account, you can then click on 'Saved'. This way you will get to all your saved messages. If you have not created a 'collection' before, you will see all your Saves in a pile in the folder 'All messages'.
Then you can add a Collection via the + button. The Collection will normally have the last Save you placed in it as a cover, but you can also add a personal cover, see screenshots.

This way you can create folders for saved tips, recipes, travel destinations. But you can also use it for your Instagram strategy. For example, we started a Collection called 'Reposten' at our Frankwatching account a while ago. In it we collected posts that we liked to share in our Stories.
4. How do you customize the background of your Story?
If you want to share a post or Reel from yourself or another account in your Story, Instagram automatically puts a background behind it. They base this background on the colors used in the post. This quickly looks nice, but sometimes you just want your house style color as a background. How do you do this?
Read this guide first: How to reshare an Instagram post via Stories .
It's a bit cumbersome, I admit, but there is a way to change the background. First, add the post you want to share to your Story. Then, via the sticker option, choose a photo from your library that shows your corporate identity color, for example.

Then you can paste this color area over the Story. Note: this must be done in at least two parts. You must be able to keep clicking on the post to bring it back to the foreground. In the right screenshot you can see how I have already adjusted the background of the bottom half. If you then add this background color again via the sticker option, you can also adjust the top half.
This also applies to sharing Reels in your Story. Below Berdien Renes explains how to do this. She does it with four background areas, which is also possible.
