General tips for writing cover letters

Brevity
Highlight your CV and professional experience. Be clear and concise. Avoid convoluted sentences and do not exceed 3 or 4 paragraphs. Talk about your skills and abilities: you must meet the requirements for the job, so you must demonstrate this. The documentation must be submitted on a single page.

Formality

Structure of the letter
The first thing you should do is write your motivation letter very clearly: write your personal details and the company's contact details.

As the sender, you will write the following (on the right margin): First and last name, address, postal code and city, mobile phone number, contact phone number and email address.

Regarding company data (on the left margin): Company name, department (optional), name and surname of the employee to be managed (optional), company address, postal code and city.

When we see a job offer on the Internet or in the press, we have the advantage that the company needs a person who fits its needs. Pay attention to these requirements and try to focus the writing of the letter on the points that you meet in order to have a better chance of fitting the position.
