Be careful about sharing your location

Post by Bappy11 »

When you post a message, you can tag a location. Have you visited a nice restaurant, or are you on the (in your opinion) whitest beach in the world, and do you want to share this? That is possible, but keep in mind that others can see where you are (and that they can see that you are not at home). Do you not like this idea? Then it is better not to tag the location to protect your privacy.

Set up two-step verification
To make it harder for hackers to get into your account, you can enable two-step verification . This means that job function email database you not only log in with your username or email and password, but that, for example, a text message with a code is also sent to your phone. This reduces the chance of being hacked.

To enable two-step verification, go to Settings > Account Center > Password & Security > Two-step verification and follow the steps. Now, whenever you sign in on a new device, you’ll need to take an extra step to get into your account.

You can't be too careful, but your Instagram account is now completely privacy-proof . Do you have more good tips? Share them below in the comments.
