When we talk about a sales process, we generally think of the activity of salespeople in front of customers or of the advertising or promotional actions that a company carries out to make its products or services known. But behind the promotion and sale there are other commercial coordination and support operations that give greater or lesser effectiveness to the work of commercial promotion.

For these coordination and support tasks, the use of IT or software solutions allows for optimizing time and resources , improving their management and allowing the coordination or management of the commercial area or the company to quickly perceive deviations or problems in the processes.

Electronic management tools in business processes
CRM: Customer Relationship Management
Among them, one of the most common tools is the CRM or customer relationship management system. Explained in a simple way, CRM is a software that groups together information about a israel phone data client from different departments or areas of the company and the interactions they have had with that client and allows this information to be displayed in an orderly manner to the different departments.

For example, a salesperson will be able to use CRM to know what a customer has said on social media about their product, whether they owe any payment, or whether, for example, there has been any incident in the management of their order.

Logistics information systems
There are also different software tools to control and coordinate the logistics work of a company, with the aim of ensuring that the order requested by a customer arrives in the best condition at the delivery point, in the shortest possible time and at a reasonable cost for the organization. These systems, called logistics information systems or LIS, can control everything from the quantity of finished product to the stock the company has, the management of warehouse space, returns and non-conforming products, or the control of fleets of distribution or delivery vehicles.
