It’s no secret that social media now plays a vital role in helping a company stay competitive in an increasingly digital corporate environment. You need to maintain a strong social media presence by sharing stylized marketing content. However, your presence should go beyond simply sharing this content. You will also need to respond to feedback and comments on your social media posts.

With Vtiger CRM's new Social Module feature, you can do just that. The whatsapp number list Social Module allows you to directly integrate with your Facebook, Google My Business, Twitter, and Instagram accounts. This will allow you to bring your social media interactions into Vtiger CRM.

Why should you use the social module?

There is one main reason to use the social module in Vtiger - social media management.

Social media management refers to your ability to monitor, schedule, and create content for your company’s various social media accounts. It can be difficult to switch between different social media platforms, especially if you’re posting the same marketing content every day. You can lose hours doing administrative maintenance between your accounts, time that could be better spent creating content.

Using the social module, you can transfer your social media posts and interactions to your CRM. This feature will give you and your team a broad overview of your marketing efforts to better plan your future marketing strategies.

Social module capabilities

The social module offers a wide range of features that you can use in your Vtiger CRM.

Inbox Activity Timeline

The first of these features is the Inbox activity bar.

The Inbox Activity Timeline is a sequential list of all messages, comments, reviews, ratings, questions, and replies from all of your linked social media accounts. A filter button at the top of the screen lets you break down the information by specific social media channels and types of conversations. Another time-saving aspect is that you can comment and reply to comments from this page.

Write messages

The second feature available in the Social Module is the ability to compose messages. By selecting the compose message option, you can create a new social media message for just one or all of your associated social media channels.

The text in the message itself has limitations between social media channels. For example, Facebook integration supports up to 2,000 characters, while Google My Business supports up to 1,500 characters. If you plan to create a message for all channels, you should keep the number of characters within the minimum allowed range.

Likewise, there are limits on the types and amount of media you can add to a post for each channel. Facebook allows you to post one or more images or link to a video. You can't have both a video and an image in the same post. Google My Business only allows one image and doesn't support videos.

The final aspect of writing a post is the call to action options. A call to action is usually a prompt or request that the audience should follow. The social module offers a wide range of calls to action, such as “Learn More” or “Sign Up.”
