When will I receive my scholarship money?
Posted: Mon Dec 23, 2024 8:11 am
We resume our series of posts on Frequently Asked Questions. This time it is the turn of the scholarships and training aid offered by Fundae, the State Foundation for Training in Employment, which we previously knew as the Tripartite Foundation.
As you know, our subsidized courses are 100% free . You, as students, do not have to pay a single euro for the training you receive. However, in some cases, in order to take the course you incur expenses related to this training.
Let me explain further. To be able to take any of our free online courses, the cost to you is, and always will be, zero. The only investment you make is the time it takes to train, but you will be able to access the course and its content from wherever you want. Things change when it comes to a face-to-face course, since you have to travel to receive that training.
This is where Fundae scholarships and grants come into play.
And in relation to them, we receive many queries. Queries for which in most cases we cannot give a specific answer since we, Femxa, are not responsible for their management:
What is happening with my scholarship? What is its status? When will I receive it?...
Logical questions when you apply for a grant to be able to train. But I repeat, these are grants managed by Funda and not by Grupo Femxa.
Scholarships from the State Foundation for Training in Employment.
Who can apply for these scholarships?
When we talk about these grants we are referring to those aids that can be requested by unemployed people enrolled in free courses that are financed by the State Foundation for Training in Employment (Fundae).
What is the amount of these scholarships?
The amount of the grants is determined by each type of grant, and the application for several grants is compatible. This amount will always be paid in a single payment.
Always at the end of the course , not before.
The scholarship application must also be submitted at the end of the course and within the indicated deadline.
As I was saying, many of you think that we (Femxa) grant these grants; but the truth is that our intervention is limited to offering you our help and advice when requesting and processing them. It is not in our kuwait whatsapp contact number hands to decide to whom, when and how much each student is granted.
It is important to note that it is essential to meet the requirements for your application.
What types of aid exist?
There are different reasons why you can apply for a scholarship and the requirements may vary depending on the course you have taken. Below I describe the most common reasons for applying for this type of scholarship:
Transport : This is the star aid, undoubtedly the best known. What does it consist of? When you take a face-to-face or semi-face-to-face course, you can request it to cover public transport costs. Only when there is no means of transport between your home and the centre where the training is given, or it does not have a timetable compatible with that of the course, will you be entitled to aid for your own vehicle.
Maintenance : When a course is taught on a split-shift basis, you can request support for meal expenses.
Accommodation and meals : if the center where you attend the course is more than 100 km from your home, you may also be eligible.
Conciliation : If you have small children under 6 years of age, or dependent relatives (up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity and with the recognized degree of dependency) in your care, you can ask for help with family conciliation.
Disability scholarship : it is necessary to have a recognized disability certificate with a degree equal to or greater than 33%.
Always remember to keep the original documents that justify all situations. Even after having sent them to the corresponding agency. For more information you can visit their website (+)

How can I find out the status of my application?
This is one of the most frequently asked questions regarding these scholarships; a doubt that you also ask the Foundation itself. For this reason, and to clarify this point, Fundae has launched a tool to check the status of the scholarships . This is what you have to do:
Click on this link (+).
Have your ID and the last 4 digits of the current account where you requested the deposit to be made on hand.
The platform will inform you about the status of your application.
If you prefer, you can call the Foundation directly on 902 183 183. However, it is very likely that they will direct you to their website.
We are also at your disposal through our online chat, our social networks, or even through comments you leave us on this post to help you in any way we can.
We hope that today's post has helped you to clarify, at last, the issue of grants from the State Foundation for Training in Employment (Fundae).
If not, we threaten to come back with another post clarifying it as many times as necessary
