5 women who challenge the glass ceiling

Today, March 8, we celebrate International Working Women's Day. This day, which emerged at the end of the 19th century, refers to women around the world as architects of history and is based on the fight for equality with men.
Currently, although more slowly than it should, women have reached a position of relevance in companies and in the field of e-commerce, some of these women work in recognized companies.
According to UNESCO, only 28% of the world's research positions and 30% of people in the technology sector are women.
Below, we will introduce you to some of these women who have achieved a position of relevance in recognized companies:
Mónica Casal , CEO of Tandem Up, a consultancy firm specialising in marketplaces, has taken on the role of CEO after six years of management experience at the VIKO GROUP. Mónica has extensive experience in the field of digital marketing, as eRetail director of Elogia and director of operations of the Viko Group in Mexico.

Mariangela Marseglia , Country Manager for area code malaysia list Amazon Spain and Italy since June 2018, joined the company in 2010. A graduate in Economics, she has ten years of experience in marketing and business development consultancies such as Unilever, PwC and Mars.

Susana Voces has been Country Manager for Ebay in Spain since 2015, a company she has been working for since 2013. Prior to this position, Susana was Head of Merchant Services in Spain and Portugal at Paypal. She is an expert in online sales platforms.

Rebecca Ann Brown , Becky Brown, Vice President, Global Marketing and Communications Director, Digital Marketing and Media Group at Intel Corporation. In this role, she works with new marketing technologies to enhance the ability to connect with audiences. Currently, she leads a team that invents new ways to connect with customers through advertising relationships and digital ecosystems.

Natalie Massenet , a fashion entrepreneur and journalist, is the founder and CEO of Net-A-Porter Group. Since 2013, she has been the Chair of the British Fashion Council (BFC), a non-profit organisation that aims to promote the interest of the British fashion industry and its design companies, by harnessing and sharing the collective knowledge, experience and resources of the sector.
