At the moment, the cooperation is still ongoing, and the experts of the BIM Academy continue to accompany and support City-XXI Century in the implementation of new projects. And when implementing G-Station, they, together with representatives of the platform developer, transferred as many as 4 projects from BIM 360. The transfer process took about two to three weeks.

About the transition initiator and expected functionality
The direct initiator of using G-Station in "City-XXI Century" was the Project Implementation phone numbers list in india Department. The Department is responsible for the Design Management Department (DMD), which in turn works with contractors represented by Designers. All Designers are required to use G-Station under the contract.

Work on all company projects is organized in a fairly standard way. The designer uploads the documentation to the DMS in 4 formats: PDF, DWG, RVT and Excel (BOR) and sends it to the Customer, represented by City XXI-vek, for review. Then the documentation and the consolidated model are approved. PDF and DWG formats are used by section specialists, RVT by BIM coordinators. Then specialists from the company issue comments on the documentation, and the designer processes them.

All three iterations are repeated until the documentation is completely ready for approval for production work.

Although the main tools for coordinating documentation in G-Station were available in the first versions of the program, many familiar BIM 360 functions were unavailable. However, today the developers have significantly improved the product, continuing to improve the functionality every day. And City-XXI Century specialists are actively working with the developer's technical support, telling about the missing tools. In the next versions, they expect to see the following:

Notification of the system about the presence of comments when trying to positively approve the documentation
Pinning a note to a specific location on a sheet rather than to a point on the screen
Possibility to change the author of the comment
Focus on the active note in the list after clicking on it in the drawing
Results of implementation
At the moment, G-Station is fully adapted to the company's work processes. The entire cycle of document flow for projects has become completely "transparent", and with the help of convenient interface tools, you can set up a non-standard way of coordinating documentation.

However, City-XXI Century representatives said that they are eagerly awaiting another innovation: functions for viewing files in Excel format. In their opinion, this will significantly increase the productivity of work in the company.
