This project was born as a solution to the main problem that browsers had to face , which, even between versions of the same, did not respect the same HTML language and everything looked different.

In order to achieve the goal of creating a single web, it was proposed to create specifications for formats and protocols that were compatible with each other and allow any way of accessing it to work correctly.

Working Draft (WD) - This is the first public form of a chile mobile database standard, allowing comments from virtually anyone who wants to help improve it. Anyone implementing a standard at this stage must commit to implementing changes as the standard matures.

Candidate Recommendation (CR) – At this point, the group responsible for the standard is satisfied that it meets its intent. Community assistance is sought to refine how the standard is implemented.

Proposed Recommendation (PR) – The standard has gone through the previous two levels and has been submitted to the W3C Advisory Board for final approval. At this point, new modifications are rarely made, although some additional information may still be included that needs to be considered.
