Here is the tutorial on how to change the background color of questions on Instagram:
1. mobile device and go to your profile.
2. Tap the camera icon in the top left corner or swipe right to access the camera.

4. Type the question you want to ask in the text box.
5. Now here comes the exciting part: To change the background color of your question, tap the pencil icon in the top right corner.

8. Once you have selected the background color, tap the check mark in the top right corner to apply it to your question.
