WordPress can be an exciting adventure that will allow you to share your ideas, knowledge or promote your business effectively (and for free). Here is a step-by-step guide to help you start your own blog on the platform.
Step by step to create a blog in WordPress:
1. Home
Head over to the WordPress page and find the button that says “Get Started Now.” Click it to begin the registration process.

2. Registration
Create your user account. You can choose between email, Apple account or Google account from the registration options. Select the one that best suits you and follow the steps indicated on the page.

3. Select site type and domain
We will choose “Blog” as the site type and then the system belize number data will proceed to check the name of the site. In this case we entered “Test” and the platform gave us a series of domain options.
We can see that there are several options to choose from, including “Wordpress.com” and “.org” . The main difference between the two lies in hosting and control. With WordPress.com, you get an all-in-one hosting service that is easy to use, but with limitations on customization and monetization , especially on the free plan. In contrast, .org gives you the freedom to choose your own hosting , allowing for full customization, access to all themes and plugins, and full control over monetization . If you’re looking for simplicity and don’t mind some limitations, WordPress.com is a good choice. If you prefer flexibility, full control, and are willing to handle hosting, WordPress.org is the ideal choice, but keep in mind that you’ll have to pay monthly for the service.
