We formed a committed team and began contacting potential speakers, sponsors and partners. The response was overwhelming; many people wanted to be part of this initiative. As we moved forward, we realized that the key was collaboration. Each member of the team contributed their experience and knowledge, which allowed us to overcome obstacles and carry out more than 40 events with more than 50 speakers and more than 1,000 registrants.
