The Moscow Arbitration Court declared the Russian division of the American corporation Oracle, JSC Oracle Computer Equipment, bankrupt on August 7, 2023, and opened bankruptcy proceedings.

In response to a ComNews correspondent's question about whether the company sees a possibility of repaying the debt, the press service of PAO Sberbank responded that the bank will support the actions of the bankruptcy trustee in searching for the debtor's assets and filling the bankruptcy estate and will not refuse the demands: "Sberbank will make every effort to ensure that the debt is repaid."
On June 6, 2023, the arbitration court made a claim of OOO "Fors - Development Center" in the amount of about 160 million rubles. Evgeny Efimenko, CEO of the company "Fors - Development Center" told a ComNews correspondent that the company follows the procedures and opportunities provided by the current bankruptcy law. "We do not plan to abandon the claims and will continue to participate in the bankruptcy procedure of Oracle Corporation in Russia," he said.
On November 2, 2022, the court decided to collect 47.7 billion rubles from the debtor in favor of Croc Incorporated CJSC. Croc's press service reported that the company also does not abandon its demands: "We are taking all necessary and legally required measures aimed at collecting the debt."
PJSC MegaFon, JSC Infosystems Jet, LLC Force Distribution, LLC Borlas Group did not respond to a request from a ComNews correspondent.
